Thank you for your superb Ideas. I am a little classical-liberal guy. Yes, it is true a personal behavior does not match with the group's cuz individual attitude could be more radical. I would like to talk about the group dynamics and interpersonal behavior in small group. How a single person or individual behaves with in-group and out-group? Yes, there is differ between the individual goal and the group goal. A person can't represent or can't be the credibility as a group. Only a person can be a leader. In the past-years, people used to think that community or group meant only manche haruko jamat. It has been fundamental change in the attitude of people towards community. Today, the community is conceived in its totality, that our Chau Umreka communities and organizations should learn. The components of organizations' activities are not just gather people and run program as they like. They need to know that how audiences feel!? It is not just easy to lead the organization, it has more responsible, such as, control of social activities and its pollution, economical crisis, education and awareness, languages and misbehave, and other specialties ........much more .......... The community responsibilities update vastly in the contemporary time, it is not just like to go to Nepali congress or A-male area or neighbor and talk about duty politic. Wonder, if a congress guy inters and roams around in A-male area. how he feels? Let's say you are a man enters in-group of females, how do you feel? Let's say you are heterosexual guy you enter the gay mass. Or, a gay comes in antigay neighbor. Guess, Comfortable or what? Furthermore, how other people talk about that guy, of course there is ambivalent discussions?? isn't it same thing if there is an organization runs from particular people, who don't like to see some other people more smarter or better. It is necessary to understand and makes an environment to each and every person feels free once he/she is in-group. The most important thing that the organizers need to know to how to create the definite goal that gives equality to each individual with in-group or out-group.
