I am working as a Senior Software Engineer as a full time regular employee not contract or temporary. MS degree with Computer Science. Currently, working with TPS EAD with F-1 (second master). Previously got H1B for cap exempt employeer while working with OPT from my first master. My company has filed the H1B and got selected in lottery. The lawyer told that the wage level was not Level-1. What is the chance that it will be accepted?
