What is your basis of saying Uddhab Bhandari may be a victim? Looks at 3rd/4th para of the below link. I am not saying it is the same guy who committed suicide in Scotland but the Uddhab Bhandari in this article to me is more of a perpetrator. Read the full article, it is heart breaking which you already know.

Looks like it is the same Uddhab Bhandari. See Lawyer Santosh Giri's 3rd comments. At least in this one case "what goes around comes around" came out to be true.
I don't think Shreesha will get justice until the victimiser-in-chief, Kishore Shrestha, is prosecuted which in the current state of affairs of our country will most likely never happen.
If Bala Krishna Dhungel's life sentence can be revoked by the highest office in the nation, there is no hope for the majority of victims of injustice.
