As far as I know, the only way to unlock iphone with baseband 4.10.01 is factory unlock. If you are with ATT, call them to unlock your iphone. If you are not with ATT then let someone (whom you know) use your iphone and ask him/her to call ATT to unlock your phone.

u can buy unlock code on ebay for around $20. Any kind of GSM iphone can be unlocked. Just make sure that u r buying from right seller.

There are loads of youtube videos on how to jail break and unlock a phone... prolly you should get to know about it from there.. if not as "rahashya" mentioned.. you can always call ATT to unlock if you have an ATT carrier...

Just wanted to update on this - yesterday i bought this $ 15.oo sim unlock posted by 'rahashya' (BTW, thank you sathi) from ebay. Within 5-6 hours they send me email saying my Iphone was unlocked. Then I just followed backup & restore process in my Itunes, and the Iphone 4 was unlocked. I cut my wife T-mobile sim and its working like charm.
While cutting sim from t-mobile, make sure it has same amount of side spaces in the sim like AT&T. my first attempt didn't work, second time it work. I am getting another one for this.
