Dimpastra,
I have mixed feedback regarding it. One of my friend also sold wine to a minor while working at a gas station and he doesn't say anything about any problems faced at the airport. Whereas one guy was interroated for half an hour and sent back for the similar case. I am not sure if their case were dismissed, but I think since your case has been dismissed and you have not been charged you are in clear. But, it also depends on the mood of officer, as they might question you for working without permission. Use your discretion, you always have a right to ask for a lawyer at port of entry if you get jailed for any reason except any aatankabaadi activities. Make sure tell you lawyer what days you will be back and to be on standby for any calls on the day of return. Things have cahnged so much lately it is hard to tell what will happen. Both of the guys I know were ticketed before even they had started fingerprinting, and one of was approved for H1 visa. Hope that helps.

" Pleaded not guilty and case got dismissed??" what do you mean?

But anyway, they've lot more serious things to deal with, I don't think you'll be stopped and bothered with that just cause you did that in the past. Mistakes happen and you are an immigrant, they do realize that. Don't worry much.
