Long time ago, i remember somebody saying that "Yedi kagati(lemon or lime) ko biya(seed) nahudo ho ta, yeslai amrit ko roop ma liyena thiyo" or something similar to that..
But actually i didn't the get point what it meant
1) If lemon/lime had no seeds then it would be impossible to be grown and it would be so rare that it would be like the gift of the god or amrit.
Or
2) Lemon/Lime are so beneficial that it is comparable to amrit or gift of god, but there is this seed that is destroying its benefit and making it less beneficial.
Either way, it shows that kagatis are good for health, and if you have heard the saying, do you know which one it meant?

I dunno about that,
but tip of lemon contains essential mineral and flavanoids, and the juice itself contains vitamic C in abundance.
Whenever, I juice fruits, I spice it up with lemon. I don't put the whole stuff but just the tips of the lemon and juice it alongside.
And, it's extremely beneficial for your immune system, great antioxidant and above all, it's tasty :D
