All you need to do is just send the invitation letter to your parents. Your parents should prepare all documents just like you applied for visa including the property evaluation, bank balance stuff like that. I am also graduating this may and I sent an invitation letter last month and 3 days ago, they got visa. :-)

It's kinda strange that you're just graduating and you already working in h1 from company. How z that possible? Your H1 only starts after your graduation. Seems fishy there. What's up with that?

sirus_me,

I go H1 while I was studying and I used my Bachelors degree which I have done in nepal for applying H1 and I got lucky and I got it in general quota.

So tell me how much bank balance you have shown .

But nobody gave my answer yet which I asked regarding paystub and h1 document and reference letter.

Waitting for answers Its very late already
