Did everyone get a chance to be "Person of the year 2008"?

I know there are many "Persons of the year 2008", but i doubt if everyone was one. I did "receive" the "award" last year(when i created this account) but not this year. I think they "award" the "award" at the end of the year in which you created your account. 

anyone who created their account in 2007 or earlier "awarded" the "award" this time also?
