 H1B Filing TPS --- Eligibility Criteria

I am on currently on H1B. Last year when I filed TPS i was in F1.

Can I renew my TPS? Do I need to send photos with the application packet ? I dont want EAD.

Also what eligibility criteria do I fill in I-765??? I am confused by this. # 16 of the I 765 form.

Send I765 too even if you don't want it. Don't check any one of the 3 boxes. In your I821 form, select the checkbox that says you don't need an EAD.

No need for photos.
