Kudos to these authentic,dedicated civil servants who are still unflinching to their jobs in the midst of many things to complain for.Even a third grader in Nepal knows how bad the electricity crunch has punched the idea of national growth and development.I think NEA also cut off electricity at times of severe weather like hurricane,hail storm,thunder, lest the naked wire linking the poles above the people's head might fall and shock the good people.The weather is acting quite erratic recently among many parts of Nepal with the start of spring fever.
