This is the dumbest query i have ever seen in sajha!! I mean it don't make any sense at all to make a video call from a device that doesn't have a front facing camera, Unless your only purpose of a video call is to show the other person your little weenie. and who carries iPhone 3GS these days??

Yes you can. Since 3gs has only back facing camera, its kinda awkward to do video chatting. BTW,3gs still rocks and could be upgraded to IOS 6.0.

I agree with you. For those who are calling him typical iphone user, maybe he is an android user and know nothing about iphone. Perhaps, he wanna buy cheap phone (his family member prefered iphone 3gs) to send that to the family back home for skype video chatting. Anyway,, if you wanna buy cheaper phone for skype vidoe chatting bettersend android phone with front facing camera. Android phones are cheap and works pretty good for video chatting.
