Authorities and many still wonder why we have so many accidents.
Kathmandu rides are not safer either. I was reading about the similar horror story of 'Tempo rides' by Buddhi Sagar (writer of Karnali blues) in yesterday's Nagariknews.

Does anyone remember the documentary where people in the village sees the four wheelers for the first time. They even worship the cars, I saw it once on NTV (or kantipur m not sure).
