Hi ALL,

I was wondering does change of Job Title counts as a new H1b filing or Old..As you all know H1b cap for this year is over. I still have not apply for Change of address. My question Can I still appy?.. Can you please let me know who have been through this situation.

Change of title doesnot matter for H1b process. All it matters is your college degree needs to in the field of your work ( or the job you are doing). I don understand what you meant by "change of Job Title counts as a new H1b filing or Old".....there is no new or old H1b.....whether your job title changes or not, you need to wait until April to file.
