kasto bidambana... MBA sakayera pani kaam payeana aba chai euta consultancy samayera linux system admin ko training sakayera baseko chu marketing ko lagi....saathi haru kasai sanga pani experience cha vane yo thread ma ayera salla ra sujhab dinu hola. suneko chu system admin vayera kaam ma jada garo huncha re....fire hune chances high huncha re? aba 2 months ko training bata 7 yrs ko exp demonstrate garna ta ka sajilo huncha ra? 
I really need gud suggestions.....I hope your advices will alleviate the pain of several inquiring minds like mine.
