I have applied for green card in august 2011. I have not received the fingerprint notice yet. in the mean time i applied for the travel document three months ago and I just received it. My question is do I need visa to travel to india in travel document. I know I dont need visa with a nepalese passport but I wanna make sure about the travel document since I am planning to stay in india for a month or two.Can anyone help  me please. And also does anyone know if we have to go to home country of h1 stamping?

Unless your green card process is through asylum you do not need visa to travel to India.  Even if you have US green card, your Nepal passport is the main travel document to travel outside the US.
