hello friends,
I am a f1 student currently in Nepal. I need to take a semester break due to some family matter. Can you let me know how do i go about getting a semester break this Spring semester. (please let me know something more than just talk with your international advisor or u have to be out of country/ take full time classes for summer)I am concerned because spring classes has already begun in my school. earlier I had registered for some late spring classes but now i need to cancel that and take full semester off and enter USA for summer. Will it be possible to do that at this moment? if so what is the process to do that? I am not getting response from my advisor and looking forward to get idea regards to criteria and process for semester break for f1 folks. I would really appreciate your information. Thank you!

ycl bro,
go to your international students office and tell them you need a break. Explain them every thing and they'll explain you back everything on what to do after you get to nepal. I know a girl from my state who took a break after 1 month of class last year and went to nepal and came back during summer.
