If you have not heard already, Cargill is recalling 36 million pound of Ground Turkey due to salmonella.  We all love momo and many of us use ground turkey so it is wise not to use ground turkey until this recall thing is over.

 Cook properly (well done momo) and avoid cross contamination. It's practically safe but theoritically, there might still be toxin that's not destroyed by cooking. I would not buy known contaminated turkey but won't stop eating ground turkey just for there is a recall "somewhere"
