There was a time when the definition of asylum was more defined.  In this era, anyone unqualified otherwise is qualifed as an asylee.  Why the heck would these asylees even be allowed to visit Nepal?  They took the easiest route for green card.

Everybody wants to move ahead in life and it is obvious as a human we wanted to make our life better whatever is the reason.
So you also know that is true and may be you haven't chosen that path but i am sure you wanted to stay in US. 

So please don't come  here and try to judge others. If you can help then fine otherwise move on!!!

 yes it is true that everyone wants to move up in life but that does not mean they can lie and cheat to move up. and i am not saying this for this thread originator ,he may be a genuine asylee but i have seen lots of fake ones specially corrupted govt service coming here with their corrupted money and gaining asylum and after few years they go to Nepal  , don't menton that they have green card and continue their govt jobs and corrupt more. 

I personally don’t have much respect for asylee but in their support let me say this: There are two kinds of Nepalese as far as immigration is concerned. One who gets GC via asylum and others who are “jealous” of these asylees because they got it easy way even though it involved crookery. I didn't get it so I guess I fall on the second one.

There is one very interesting class: Maoists who filed for Asylum and were easily granted. US needs more due diligence in giving Asylum to any Nepali.  This country doesn't need Maoists.
