I am in F-1 status and am collaborating with someone for a start-up. Does it help for immigration purposes say for GC. I am graduating pretty soon. I know I can't do my H-1B. Are there any options?

The investment option requires an investment of 1,000,000 and employment for 10 citizens. I am talking about a small company that could help me to immigrate.
