This is one leader I feel is genuine. I am not of his party, nor of his caste..but I just feel this is one person who didn't run after PM seat....please correct me if I am wrong. Even now what he is suggesting, I think it is reasonable.
Bijukchhe for presidential rule President of Nepal Workers and Peasant Party (NWPP)
Narayan Man Bijukchhe has called for a presidential rule in the country
as the Constituent Assembly will most likely fail to meet the
constitution making deadline.
According to Rastriya Samachar Samiti, Bijukchhe said
it was necessary to enforce presidential rule for extension of
constituent assembly term to draft a new constitution.
Though he blamed the biggest party in the parliament,
Unified CPN (Maoist), to be responsible for failure of the constituent
assembly to write constitution within the deadline, Bijukchhe admitted
all parties represented must share the blame. He called on the Maoists to seek solution of the crisis

What about President Rule? 1) Start bull fight with Maoist and Army? Again Civil War.  2) Have dinner 3) Dance Waiyat, ke garne president rule lagayera?
