Do u want nepali unicode text or nepali font text bhaye pani hunchha? For latter one, download any Nepali font like Kantipur, Preeti, etc from the link below and install it on your computer and use it on Photoshop.

Thank you fruke....The problem is I dont know nepali typing so is it possible to insert unicode text ?
