I am looking for front teeth filling (agadi ko daat ma kira lageko) patient for Florida dental license exam (exam is in March 11 2010 in FL).
 
If you are qualified after screening (to be held in Chicago, IL), you will be provided free air ticket from chicago to Orlando and Orlando to chicago. Leaving date is 9th March 2010. Return date is on you (whenever you want). I will pay your accomodation and food for 9th, 10th and 11th. 
 
You need to come for free checkup (Screening) at UIC chicago. Free mouth xray will be conducted to determine if you qualify. Let me know your time of availability for screening? 


Open date for screening are:


17th Feb (10 am to 4 pm)


18th Feb ( 2pm to 4 pm)


19th Feb (10 am to 4 pm)


20th Feb ( 9 am to noon)

Please note that only filling patient is needed. No other treatment will be provided. Patient needs to 18yrs or older.
