Which Company is the cheapest in stock trading?

Among the Scotttrade, Ameritrade and ETrade, Scotttrade is the cheapest but it has $7 per trade. Are there any other cheaper than Scotttrade or which is completely free and reliable?

      I think I will move to Sogotrade. This Scottrade says its $7 per trade but always charge me based on the share and total amount and its always more than $12.

If you transfer your account to Sogotrade i guess you'll get $100  account credit too!!

Is $3 fix in Sogotrade or it also charges more based on the transaction?

STOCK is $3/Trade Fixed...if its PENNY Stocks then calculations are different!
