Hi,


I am looking for a Nepali Female room-mate to share a room with me.It's a 2bdrm.apartment and we share the kitchen.The other room is already taken by 2 girls.It's in the 70th Street,Woodside near Jackson Heights very near to the subway(7,E,F,G,R).She must b clean and friendly.


All utilities are included with the rent


plus  1mth.deposit.

Hi,


We 3 girls wanted to add 1 more fren in our house.The rent is not too much as all da utilities are included in it.The house is very neat and clean.


We even have a Terrace from where u cud enjoy the view as u would not find in any houses in NY.


We share the kitchen.


10mins.to the Subway(7,E,F,G,R,V)and laundromats,stores rite near the house.

 

Rent is $400/mth.(including utilities and wireless)

One mth.deposit is required,(which u'll get back when u decide to leave)
