I am in J1-vsia which requires two years home country presence after completion of the program. I am thiniking to apply for the waiver of the two years home country presence on the basis of no objection letter, so that I can change the status of my visa. Has anybody in this forum gone through this procedure? I would appreciate if anyone can share his/her experiences on this issue. I am particularly interested to know the following things: -Where and how to get the no objection letter? -Processing time. -Chances of getting waiver.
