First, Join Foreign Ministry in Nepal. Demand to be Nepalese Ambassador to US right away. Meet some people in Capitol Hill and tell them Nepal wants to be 52nd States of US. So meantime, Nepalese population in US will be more than in Nepal. So you got the vote. Good luck.
