सिताराम हाछेथु is a great traffic police. He's been doing very good job in Koteswor area. Other traffic police should learn from him.

We used to talk about Sitaram Hachethu when we were small. He is a great traffic police who is expert in clearing traffic jam. He used to ride heavy, nice looking white motorcycle!!!
