Ask yourself in last two years who have been more serious to the long term peace in Nepal. Nepal Army or PLA of maoist.

I always said lets see and watch how maoist run the government.  But recently maoist have been alleging Nepal Army to be royalist and have had no contribution in Nepal so far. It has hurt someone like me.  It has also enraged me . I am sorry to say Nepal army has always been in forefront when Nepal has been in Trouble. Recently 14 Army died in saving people and hospital from fire.

First lets see how our respected prime minister speaks the kind of words.  It does not suit ordinary people let alone position like PM.

Its contribution goes long back in history.  Again let me show you Army has done more than serving Royals. They have been serving Nepalese. Not to mention few Schools that have been opened by Nepali army. They have also made Nepal proud by working in peace mission internationally.

The future of Nepal Army lies in the balance recruitment of Nepal ethnic group.
It is to my  understanding that men from various ethnic groups were not given a fair share and chance
of enlisting in the Nepal army before.
It's only recently i been hearing that Nepal army is trying to include man from janajatis communtities?
Therefore man from Gurung, Magar, Limbu and Rai would no doubt make the Nepal army a crack force.
They don't have to join the foreign uk army now.

Kudos to Nepal government.

Jai Nepal

Tell me one department/office in Nepal where there is no problem. I agree, there are some problems in army as well but before army was under King so its their duty to follow it. I think Army followed whoever running the government. Aboveall, people in army are also Nepali people, not enemy. For me our national enemy is one who try to create conflicts between Nepalese either its ethnic, political, religion or issue like army and maoist.

This is first time I am listening to Prachanda's speech. I didn't like at all. He talk so aggressively. He does not seem to be qualified for anything. He sounds so arrogant and ignorant and illiterate. Prime minister should not give speech like that. Did any Nepali learn such way of talking in any school, college or home? What kind of example is he setting? He need to understand his responsibility in the country, not just maoist. Since he is Prime Minister of entire Nepal, he should consider everyone as Nepali citizen. What the f**k he mean by saying army belongs to older regime?

I am very sad that our country is run by such a stupid A_S_S_H_O_L_E. Its been 13 months for election and till now there is not a single progress in constitution writing process. What the hell he think of Nepali citizens. I think Prachanda thinks all Nepali citizens are stupid...

The recent unfolding of the "soft coup" by Kantipur seems to have
bolstered the Maoists' demand of saking Katawal. Now the Maoists shout
- "The army didn't obey civilian authority. The chief must be sacked."

This is not a new development. The Maoists and COAS Katawal have had
their differences public a long time ago. Here is what Prachanda had
said even before he became the Prime Minister.

Ram Bahadur Thapa, the defense minister, also had a lot of differences with Katawal.

When Nanda Kishore Pun, Pasang, publicly says that the Maoists have
also started their recruitment, the Maoists have no intention of firing
him. Isn't this partiality? If the Maoists are to function as a
democratic party, they need to sack Pasang, if they sack Katawal.

Also, I think it's time that we need to know who the political members
of the Maoists are, and who the military are. I mean, why should the
nation bear the military costs of the PLA commanders, who speak as
political leaders of the Maoists. They ought to choose one, and abide
by the principles. The fact that they need both, and that they act as
if they had defeated the Nepali Army is one of the primary reasons for
the disputes we see now.

Also, we should know what constitutional right a single party has over
firing of the COAS. Oh! The constitution is yet to be drafted. So, a
consensus is what we need. And what's the Maoist way of getting a
consensus? - Either Katawal remains as the COAS or we leave the
government. A great way to get a consensus!

It's high time that Maoists stop politicizing the Nepal Army. Their
blatant acts of f...ed-up-diplomacy might have brought them success
until now, but if they still keep to their douchebaggery, they will
need to learn a tough lesson.

Also, as of now, the Maoists have no right to call themselves a
civilian government. Their behavior still has influences of the jungle,
and they are not civilized enough.

Long live the Nepal Army. Also, I hope that the Maoists get some senses in their heads.

prachanda should be skinned alive..
i never forget the killings of innocent policemen 'n civilians that used to make headlines almost everyday
interfering in the NA is unacceptable..
if mf prachanda is successful in sackin coas, it'll be a big disaster..
