A room near Montgomery Mall, Bethesda, MD is available from Feb 1st. The property is a two bedroom condo, the landlord lives in the masterroom. The other room has its own bathroom. Kitchen and living room are shared between the two. Landlord is nice person. She is buddhist, so you may see lamas doing some puja now and then.

You may ask why I am bringing this to sajha, I need to move out of the place for personal reasons and my landlord wanted me to spread this availability to Nepalese community in the town.
