Is there any Analog IC design Engg in Sajha?

I need some design help to design a two-stage miller op-amp to meet the follwoing criteria:

offset voltage< 1mV (3sigma)

phase margin> 70 degree, open loop gain> 60dB, Von=200mv,  unity gain BW>10MHz, Vdd=3V, CL=5pF

No resistor or BJT are allowed..

Any Analog Expert here.!!!!!!!!!!!
