Guys I need to write a paper about fusion proteins. I already looked for it in wikipedia and even tried some databases. Would any of you help me to find some more info on the topic. The info has to be about fusion protein in general not any particular kind. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. Sparrow

Sparrowji, I think you are looking for fusion proteins as tags for the purification. So go through these tags (like His-tag, thioredoxin, GST, maltose binding protein etc.) and relate them to respective purification principles. I think that will make up a good paper.
