Although i shouldn't be doing this,i am doing it.

If you don't think this is the best Nepali rock you have heard, than i pity your ears and your taste.

The song is called "Ma Sano Prakash Piudaichu",and the band is "Atomic Bush"It is unreleased track as of now.

Atomic Bush is a supergroup consisting of who is who of the Nepali Underground scene. The band members are:

Abhisek Bhadra-Keyboards(Karmavalanche/Breeding Pestiline)
Bibhusan Basnet-Guitar/Vocal(Karmavalanche/Breeding Pestiline)
Alec Sciamma-Drums(Ozzobozzo)

This is just the tip of the iceberg. Please buy the album and support the scene.

man devil!! hehe...

well... the way you wrote it, i thought i am going to listen to listen to nepali U2 or coldplay hahaha...don't put those kinda strong words....i was so excited to listen to it and once i did it, my excitment plummetted to helll hehe...

no offence but to exist in today's music industry you've got to be original. they sound no different than 1974 AD (baach ani bachna deu)...

but with time, i am sure they will improvise. not a bad one for sure.

g;luck

bacha ra bachna deu hare.. 1974 doesnt compare to atomic bush..they are absolutely different genre. 74 ad teenybopper rock, 1974 progressive genre ko. You have to listen to the guitar riffs and you will just know the difference. Also, this song is here only because it is a nepali song. You have to listen to their other instrumental pieces and you will know why they are a sensation in the local underground scene. Personally, I have seen them grow from being a high school band playing in my brother's room into a genuine progressive rock band in the Nepali underground scene. Go to Ktmrocks.com if you want to here some of their other pieces. I think they have a few of them in there. s Even Iman Bikram, Robin Tamang and the guys from Mukti n Revival think they are the best band in the local scene right now. It is just that they are an underground band and focus on making music rather than making crappy music just so that they can sell in the market. I personally think they are far better than any band in the mainstream Nepali music scene.

Proud to be Loud!
Jai ktm underground scene.

Like "Nepali Ho" by 1974 AD.

1974 AD is the best Nepali band so far. They have quality music and quality song as well.

Loote/Nitu

Seriously guys,are you rockheads?

"Bancha ani bachna deu" and "Nepali Ho"

I don't know what made "Sano Prakash" sound like the above mentioned songs to you.Was it the chord progression? Was it the unusual bridges and changes in tempo? Was it the riff/solo or wait...maybe it was the lyrics and the metaphor.

I would have understood if someone said, they sound or try to sound like Dream Theatre? But 1974 AD....

Talking about 1974 AD,they are more of a radio friendly mainstream rock band and they play a verydifferent subgenre of rock than Atomic Bush. While as the latter is a progressive rock band,a jam based rock band.

Talentwise, leaving Phiroj Syangden aside, the bushes are technically way ahead of the AD''s

But at the end of the day,we in the subcontinent only dig melody.Melody sells. If you can hum a song..than the song is something.Sad but true.

No wonder,Himesh Reshamiya is one of the highest paid composer in the subcontinent, and "Chayangba hai Chyangba" received the most airplay in Nepal.

Anyways who am i a to say all this?

For those who still think Atomic Bush were as crappy as 1974 AD, listen to this jam session and decide for yourself.
