Carlos Queiroz , the Real coach, has been sacked, I hear ( or did he resign himself?). Most clubs in europe would have taken two defeats -- real madrid going down to B. Laverkusen and Espaniol respectively,in this case-- in their stride and moved on. The Spanish season has only just started and there has been undue panic in my opinion. Give the players some time to settle in. It's no good having world class players if they are not given enough time to gel together as a team. It should not be forgotten that it's a team sports and an individual like Ronaldo or Beckham can only do so much. And let us not forget guys, Bayern Laverkusen is a world class team, as well. Quite frankly, it dosen't surprise me that much that they defeated RM. Champions' league is known to throw up surprises time and again. Who would have thought Porto would have won the title last year?

GUNNERS may not have been defeated but their winning streak is over, rather sadly. I too am a great fan of Arsenal and hope they go a lot further in the champions league this year than they did the last year. Domestically, I do not see any team challenging them for the premiership.

hey fellows, u know the genuine problem with real madrid is their attitude. They just don't have the passion for the game. The reason is players like zidane,ronaldo,beckham, figo carlos, raul and all other guys are so much full of taking triumph. They simply don't wanna win. It's like they are fed up and the fact that most of these players have won everything in soccer it feels like they don't have to prove anything to anyone. They feel like they have achieved everything and a win wouldn't mind anything to them coz they have already proved they are winners in soccer. It's like they are just playing for the sake of their clubs and most importantly money.
