If you have booked and paid for your ticket, but flight canceled due to covid and still waiting for your refund . Airlines are fooling you, they are either giving you a voucher which is of no use or delaying your refund . they have same old excuse " because of the volume of request , they are receiving the processing time is taking longer than usual " if this is the message you are receiving past couple of month, then they are fooling you . once you make a complain they will immediately refund your money within a week, no matter where you get the ticket from the airline or cheap travel agent they are obliged to pay within a week and they have fund, its you who is not taking the initiation.
