Hi, I filed for GC for my mom and received an RFE for late birth registration. I think few people have had the same problem. If you could please share what documents worked that would be really helpful. thanks!

@spokhrel In this case what USCIS basically wants is multiple sources to prove the DOB. Such as affidavits from parent(s) or other relatives of the applicant saying that they were present during the birth and the DOB is xyz. Neighbors can also be included (according to my lawyer). I don't know if it is possible, but a letter from the school attended saying that her DOB is xyz would also help. If you can get two to three affidavits that should be enough. Hope that helps.
