Taking phones while visiting Nepal

Hi guys, I have heard that since last year we are allowed to take only one item (such as phone etc) with us while visiting Nepal. I was wondering if that means I can take one extra phone along with the one that I am using or just the one that I am using? Thanks in advance, Sparty
