I applied for new EAD because honestly wasting a whole day at the DMV trying to get the supervisor is not worth my time. Some have renewed by the status verification process that certain state DMV request from USCIS, however it takes about 2-3 weeks.

I did went to Kansas DMV office with federal notice. It was hassle. They denied to renew the license and I asked them to do SAVE verification. They did and told me only shows until August 2019 cuz federal website might not have updated their system. They did suggest I can renew until renew DL until August . So I applied for EAD right away same day.

First time they denied it but I went again and highlighted the I94 information on federal notice then they called immigration officer and renews my driver license.
