I-130 for my spouse and my daugther (They are not here in USA yet. They are in Nepal now)is recently approved after 22-23 months. What is the next procedure? Any appropriate suggestion would be highly appreciated.

USCIS will send your file to the National Visa Center. And the National Visa Center will eventually coordinate the transfer of your case to the U.S. Embassy in the Nepal. National Visa Center will notify you when it is time to begin next steps in processing your approved petition.
