So I have a quick question: Do we get to grace period after TPS ends on June 24th? Like on opt we do get grace period right? Does anyone know any information on this?

Only if you have filed I-485 under EB category then Section245k could be applied which is technically not a grace period but USCIS may forgive your status violations for 6 months.

As a TPS holder myself, i am sure we should leave by June 24 if no other form of relief is present to stay.

My company doesn't sponsor so i have no luck in applying EB. I just had that question because when i went to renew my DL the expiration date on the new DL is August 2019. Thank you for all the information
