Sajha viewers, I had TPS and also was under I-140 and I-485 case pending recived I-131 travel document with I-485 application and travel to Nepal. And now My I-94 shows Paroled status but this is under I-485 pending case. Can i still apply for TPS re-registration while waiting for my I-140 and I-485 case approval? Any suggestion, ideas and opnions will be appreciated. thank you.

Your question obviously needs attorneys suggestions. But here is my take, when you have multiple cases filed with USCIS, They try to unilate all your documents in one center, although different cases are handled in different center. In doing so, some documents might get mishandled or misused, taking way longer for some cases to process.
