FORM I821 - Page 3 - Part 2 Contd. Q. 31. Current immigration Status or Lack of Status. what do i write in this section as i used to have F1 status(OPT) which is expired? Do i write TPS as Current Immigration status? Thanks in advance.

Technically you should write Lack of Status because TPS is not an actual status. But writing TPS would also be fine.

Do you need to make copy of back side of TPS as well or just front will be fine.
