But the truth is, it doesnt matter who is benefiting and who isnt. Other countries have TPS designated people too, I dont think they fight with each other. People who have TPS that I know are sending money home. They havent even travelled back to Nepal once. I know people who need it and also know people who misuse it. So stop trolling and fighting. Also Oprah2020, arent you the one whose uncle said it would extend and stuff like that.

No matter if who is affected by earthquake, TPS have given hope to a lot of Nepali who became illegal or been in never ending spiral of permanenet status (like i am) to do something about it. We had a business during earthquake, which could not become operable for 2 months and again with all the economic blockage , there was no business for 6 mnths. Business or not , we needed to pay salaries to employee. So i sent money from here to cover their salaries, with which they were able to support their families who where affected by earthquake and this was only possible because i was working here and was given new hope for renewed EAD card.  There is a chain effect of TPS, when every one benefits by it. It makes me sick when these keyboard warriors come here and lambast all the TPS holders/ DV holers/Asylum applicants. I am not sure how they act with these people in real life. Show friendly face in public and vent out all their jealousy (not anger..why to be angry with some one else trying to uplift their life..nepali tendancy to get jealous). With people like Korikappa and lama , it is sad. I am hoping for TPS to get extended, but not begging for it. It would definitely make my life better and i can support my family back home, but jealous people will never undrestand. They will even want to kick out all those nepali people who risked their life and life's investment to come to USA (taking 6 mnths over 12 countres). People like Korikappa and lama will neverunderstand what made them take that risk and come here. @cybro Exactly! A Mexican friend of mine says that Mexicans are the worst enemies of other Mexicans. Not much different with Nepali either. Too much hatred/jealousy/leg-pulling
