Hello,
My people in my village do not know what Notary is. IS it okay to get the document signed by local body and Notorize in Kathmandu ?? Thank you.

Jetho_Batho, you can do it on District Administration Office. You can let your people sign the document in CDO's presence. The CDO will have his/her signature on the document as well saying that the document was attested by CDO. I did the same it worked out.
