Why Nepali restaurants are so moneyminded?

At first they are good and maintain standard but once they start getting a good clientele they try to cut corners.

Nepali restaurants ho ki tapai le experience gareko thou haru..? K bho..? Kasle maan chuni byabhar garyo? Tapai lai kohi restaurant owners le baal dina chodae busy vako Le? K garnu hunxa aba...ani yo dukha kasari pokhdai...as a customer ki friend ki employee ?
