if you know which software will help me to create karoke out of mp3 or any video songs??

would be much appreciated. I tried audacity and other tools but no luck.

I think making karaoke out of song is not a good idea.. these software just removes the vocal from the song which will not really be a good quality. I have found a lot of karaoke these days in youtube, maybe you should go download those instead.
