Context: In Removal Proceeding Case is in Court, Master Hearing completed, Individual Hearing in the Mid of 2018 in San Francisco Applied TPS in Re-registration, get validity of TPS till June 2018... Approved!!!!!!! Applied for Advance Parole on Nov. 2016, got approved in May 2nd, 2017, got approval letter in hand on May 19th, booked ticket for India for May 29th, traveled India ( SFO to Frankfurt to New Delhi - Air France), Return Ticket ( New Delh to Paris to SFO, July 15th). - Arrived to San Francisco (SFO) airport via Air France, had transit in Paris... No issues at all - At immigration in USA ---- NO ISSUES at all... took 30 min. extra than normal immigrants travelling to USA -- No question asked whatsoever in USA immigration.... - Had two Advance parole documents... one was taken by San Francisco Immigration official, another was given to me with a stamp... - NO issues at all... - Safely arrived to home now...
