When you fill in form N 400 to file for citizenship you have to list all the places you have worked in the last 5 years. My question is do you just fill in the form or you have to take tax filed documents for past 5 years as a proof during interview or send it to them with form N 400 ?

Sinope, with N-400 form you don't need to send tax papers. You might need to take them during the interview though. Check this: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/n-400instr.pdf

Just fill in the form. You even don't need to take your tax document during the interview but that's been suggested.
