Bigger question is, how's an unemployed person getting married?

Thank you for the suggestion c16. @riddle mitra, sabhya ra sushil kanya bheteko cha chodnai nahune :) Ani ghanta hanera, sathi haru sanga apartment/room share garera paisa ta kamayekai cha ni. If an american guy/girl is working as a cashier despite an undergrad or master degree, s/he considers him/her self as employed (perhaps underemployed), but Nepali ppl consider that being in unemployed situation. Why ppl think in such different way? I hope he will get a REAL job soon. So, there is no visa for TPS dependent or like that?

Is the person still eligible for TPS if he or she has been out of status for a while, and if he or she didn't register the first time ?. Any information will be helpful. Thank you
