I have got a friend who is RN of Nepal(PCL btw,not BSN). Ma ni Bachelor gai rak0 chu finally after 6 years in the program. MY question is whatever I will be taking in my program she already finished it through PCL.So how is she going to give NCLEX for BSN/RN. Very Very confused as she has just Nursing courses done not the Pre-reqs done. How is this going to work? I mean we do pre-req here to get into the program,BUT how is is going to work for those who are already RN from Nepal thru PCL thing. Suggestion are highly appreciated especially from people who switched RN Nepal to US BSN. Also please tell me how proficient is that Nepali girl who scored 82% aggregate from PCL.I have not been to Nepal for 6 years and idk how is their study like to pass NCLEX because this is the hardest phase.I aint thinking of long term with this girl if she has to redo Bachelors, shoot!

NCLEX/RN registration is various state by state, Nepali PCL can qualify to sit directly for RN exam or state may ask to take some deficient courses. Ask her to take IELTS/TOEFL test at KTM and probably it will help to take/pass NCLEX exam quickly, there are several test preparation classes available and I guess its not too hard to pass the exam. 82% mark does not guarantee US RN ( I meant nepali doctor/professor fail DMV written exam multiple times) . GOOD LUCK.
