Most people don't care about it cause they have no purpose of it. Those who need it are too used to fake it out, not surprise as we are neplease and use their old citizenship even though they took US citizenship. So there is no urgency for fixing law any way. I was thinking was putting some money and starting something small, but wanted to do it in right way. Looks like have to hold it for don't know how long.

And another issue, i see no information any where about what happens to kids of Nepalese born outside. I guess they will be Nepalese citizen by default as they are kids of Nepalese citizen, but looks like freaking neplease embassy don't even issue travel document for them and everyone is happy having U.S passport for their kids. Why don't parents have choice of taking neplease travel document if they haven't took US passport for kids. Of-course kids will have choice of taking either one when they grew up. But they are Nepalese citizen because they are kids of citizen of nepal, though they were born outside of nepal. Is my understanding completely out of way here? And some kids are born to permanent resident, who are completely nepali citizen, and looks like there isn't way to get travel document for them also.

And why the hell this NRN can do so may fashion shows but cant put effort to clarify these legal stuff. They keep on asking $50 donations for fashion shows :).

I agree every word you said bro. Wait till there will be few cases in Nepal when crooks try to steal the property of nrns stating they have abandoned their Nepali citizenship. Then then will come here crying and will demand for the Nepali citizenship laws under the new constitution.
